Achievements

Competitive Achievements:

• Team NEXORA (Ms. Rishita, B.Tech. AIML & Mr. Abhinav, B.Tech. CSE) of JMIETI won 1st Prize at Grand Finale of prestigious STATATHON 2025-26 and awarded with Rs. 1,00,000/-. Team received seed funding of upto Rs. 50,000- for development of POC (Proof of Concept).
• Our team secured 1st position in Pitch Point 4.0 held at UIET, KUK. Mr. Itesh Saini and Mr. Harish of B.Tech. Computer Science & Engineering (AIML) secured 2nd position in Project Display (Hardware) held at MLN College, Yamuna Nagar.
• Our team secured 3rd position in Technova 2026 - Project Expo held at DCRUST, Murthal.
• Mr. Vikas Roll No. 8518529 of Civil Engineering cleared GATE 2022
• Team Dev Enclosure secured 1st position with a cash prize of Rs. 1 Lakh in Smart India Hackahon 2022 (Software Edition).

Academic Achievements:

• Our student, Mr. Abhay Verma (Batch 2021-25) earned the prestigious Gold Medal for securing 1st position in B.Tech. Computer Science & Engineering examinations held by Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
• Mr. Prajjwal Bhatti (Batch 2022-26), a student of B.Tech. Computer Science & Engineering qualified the prestigious Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2026).
• Our 06 students of 7th Semester, 02 students of 5th Semester and 03 students of 3rd Semester of Computer Science & Engineering (AIML) secured university positions in Kurukshetra University examinations.
• Our 03 students of 5th Semester and 01 student of 3rd Semester of Computer Science & Engineering secured university positions in Kurukshetra University examinations.
• Our 05 students of 7th Semester, 05 students of 6th Semester and 02 students of 5th Semester of Civil Engineering secured university positions in Kurukshetra University examinations.

CSI Haryana State Student Convention on “Cyber Security” was organized by CSI Student Chapter JMIETI on 17.12.2021.The Guest Talk was delivered by Dr.Anup Girdhar, CEO Sedulity Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Delhi.

• Suharsh Kamboj of B.Tech. Computer Science & Engineering (AIML) secured 1st position in 100 m race and 2nd position in 200 meter race in Annual Athletic Meet held at Kurukshetra University.
• Mr. Yuvraj Devgan of Bachelor of Computer Applications secured 2nd position in 200 meter race and 3rd position in 400 m race in Annual Athletic Meet held at Kurukshetra University.

The Department of Civil Engg. is doing Quality Control Testing works of Haryana State Agriculture Marketing Board(HSAMB),Haryana Civil Engg.Department is joining hands on projects with Central Road Research Institute (CRRI), New Delhi.

INTERNSHIP SELECTIONS
Students of Civil Engineering 3rd year organized Survey camp at Dehradun in the month of July. Three students of Civil Engineering, Mr. Anshul Dixit, Mr. Sukhpreet Singh and Ms. Namrata got selected for internship at CRRI, New Delhi.
